The tutor group system

Upon admission to the College, each student is placed in a tutor group and  meets most weeks for 40 minutes.  At certain times in the year students have 1:1 review meetings with their Group Tutor. Each tutor group is a mixture of students from different backgrounds. Initially tutors help plan your individual programme of study and students are encouraged to seek their on-going advice and support.

Tutors work with their tutees to monitor progress across courses, set targets for improvement and help students prepare for the next stage of education or training/employment.
